That kind of “tiny ball” mold is harmless to your plant and pretty common, actually. It’s a sign that you’re probably overwatering a bit, though. Let everything dry out a bit and most of it should die off.

I’ve had it on and off in various plants over the years…it’s been a little while now, but I’m sure it will be back eventually.
