Pretty sure something laid its eggs under my okra start, and google lens was not helpful. Does anyone know what this is? They’re pretty soft but I can’t squish them easily if that makes sense. They stick to whatever they touch, I’ve only ever seen things like this on here but none were translucent 🫣

I started growing okra for the first time last year and *they just do that*! Where other plants excrete water out the bottom of tje leaves, okra seems to have stickier sap that forms these gooey balls! Ive read it might attract beneficial insects!
Not entirely sure if that’s true, but it’s normal for okra to do this!
