Please help me. Is this plant overwatered? Root rot? Too big/small of a pot? The plant gets plenty of indirect light on my window sill every day, and I have been watering once a week usually. Soil mix is chunky.

If the stem isn’t squishy don’t worry. Sometimes as plants mature they change colour a bit, this looks harmless to me, but ofc get some other opinions too.
