  1. Finally a small user friendly space with a garage that you can access from within the house, plenty of storage options, a functional kitchen pantry, and a back door/emergency exit. The only thing I would change are those two glass entry doors. I would replace them with thick SOLID WOOD doors to thwart any attempts of breaking in or any looky-loo neighbors/Peeping Toms trying to see inside the house.

  2. Perfect small house! You listened and added all the needed practical items. Garage, utility room, foyer, pantry, walk-in closet in master, minimal hallways. Perfect!

  3. Yeah my vehicle would not fit in that garage. I would much prefer a carport. Don’t care for the placement of the washer/dryer in what could potentially be a high traffic area. And I prefer bedrooms to be to the back of a home instead of upfront.

  4. I would add a wrap around porch on the left, with a roof. I would also include a screen in porch section with a French door off the kitchen to maximize indoor/outdoor living spaces

  5. Great video and a beautiful home. It is so bright and fresh. If I could afford to buy a home, I would want one just like this. ❤🏡
