  1. Yes, this heat is really annoying. We're in San Pedro, Port of LA. No winter. A little rain, then warm again. Now nonstop heat. No winter, no Spring! Wonder if we'll get any May or June gloom, or just scorching Summer! I remember some years ago it was so uncomfortable for so long, I thought we were being punished for something! One day it got to 114, and actually burnt up all the plants. 😮😮😮 Love your property! ❤❤❤

  2. They have been sold out of tulle for months . . Everytime you mention it I click the link and the are sold out of everything . Both links

  3. Robbie I found 17 gallon hyper tough black t.otes at Walmart today. They are longer and shorter than the colored ones that size. I needed something short like that to catch run off from totes on pallets. The planter boxes I am using are like $20. I miss Rite Aide they sold them for half off every year like $10 or less. The one I found today is $12. The 27 gallon ones have been $8-9ish. Guess we can't send you picks, I am up to 181ish totes now. Wanted to show you and others pics.

  4. The Bird Garden is Beautiful!! Here In NC we have finaly had a good winter. We actually had snow and a lot of it. lol 🌞🌨🔥 (Crazy Weather )🌞❄⛄🔥

  5. Wow , Robbie , your garden is beautiful – especially the front or side one with all those beautiful flowers . The weather here in central Virginia has been absolutely crazy ! Last Wednesday the 11th it was a whopping 87 degrees , the next day it was 37 – raining freezing rain , etc . Of course all our fruit trees were already budding & blooming . Right now a week later it is 31 degrees @ 2:30 pm . HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY & DON'T FORGET TO EAT WHAT YOU & GARY GROW !!!

  6. Love all your different gardens! Thanks for the tour. And the frog, so sweet! The dragonflies have taken over our little pond, but I like dragonflies too.

  7. Bees can crawl under a lot of things. I once had a ground nest of bees. They would go under the soil because i had put the potting mis on top of branches and leaves. They used that space around the branches. Anyway, I put up the netting over the peppers and up against a wire fence. The bees could go out through the fence. But they didn't. They keot trying to go through the netting. They chewed a bunch of holes in the netting every day moe holes in the netting. So I had to just let them do what they wanted. And the winter freeze killed them. No bees there the next year. But they would be so upset if I disturbed them it was a good thing they didn't attack me.

  8. So beautiful. Your home should be declared a bird sanctuary. Im scared to, to plant anything outside just yet. We've had snow here in Va in April b4. Lol . Long time ago. Those geraniums are awesome 👌 😊❤

  9. I'm in the high desert in southern California. We normally get some rain in March. We have had heat and cold alternating with no rain and not enough snow pack in the mountains. I have problems with ground squirrels in the garden. I'm afraid it's going to get hot..100 degrees plus and stay there this year.

  10. New Subscriber here. Your hummingbird fountain is awesome, and I subbed you 2 minutes into it!! I live in WV, and I know heat and humidity. Whew!! Last week we had temps in the upper 70s and 80s, then three days ago we had about 2' of snow!! Rare, but it happens from time to time. sigh
Anyhoo….I hear your neck of the woods can get pretty hot, so I thought I'd suggest a workaround we use: a humble lawn sprinkler. Of course your plants and grass love it, but so will your birds and you! Try to stay cool. I'm 60 and I love a good cold glass of sweet tea while I'm sitting under the sprinkler. Lovin on your flowers and ideas!! ❤❤

  11. Robbie its been so hot up here in Northern California. Like 88 already, I'm not ready for the heat.I've been redoing my garden so its work work work.

  12. Yes, it is hella hot in March which is weird !! I live in Manteca Ca. and it has been close to 90 degrees for weeks. I love your fountains for the tweets. Good gardening information and bird identification. I love birds, especially the Scrub Jay and Mockingbirds who sing and are silly. I have too many cats in my yard now so it is not as much a bird sanctuary as it used-to be. Yay for Springtime !

  13. Robbie it's 83 in Middle Tennessee. Unusual in March. You get me so excited to start planting. It's too early but it's ok to plan what we want to plant and get seeds.

  14. I am in Michigan and we are getting pretty normal weather for spring. I would like to see more rain. Yes we've had tornadoes but over the 62 years I've been alive. We've had many tornadoes. So that's nothing new. Do you believe in cloud seeding? The other day our skies were so bad my six year old granddaughter noticed it and said Mimi what are all those Lines in the sky? She said are those from jet's. I then looked up and could not believe it. I bet you there was 75 to 100 lines going in both directions.

  15. Thank you Robbie for this tour! I learn so much from you in every video and the videos are always so enjoyable!! I hope the temperature cools off soon for you in So. Ca..
    Take care, eh?

  16. Hi Robbie and Gary, I love your geraniums, they’re gorgeous! I can’t keep mine alive thru the winter😂
