Hope you had a wonderful trip and visit with your son and granddaughter and am sure the kitties missed you. Will check out the viking video and your other video you mentioned. Yes the world is crazy now and personally I don't watch AI videos as I'm learning to catch them. Whatever happened to copyright on materials, films, etc.? I thought YT would take down a video if you plagiarized another creators work. Makes you wonder about what will happen with all the patents on ideas, formulas, etc. Sadly, I think this is a breakdown of the rule of law and society as a whole unless something changes. Americans are too addicted to media and less interested in reading books. It's a real shame because this addiction might have fueled the drive to inflict fake media on the population. Artificial Intelligence? What an oxy moron. 😂
What do I call someone who steals another's creative ideas/products? I call them a thief. I have watched your channel for many, many years and I love your content, however you and I have two very different outlooks for many subjects…..except for this. I totally agree! I despise AI. As you know, I make and sell soap and have for many years. I belong to a few soap makers FB groups and you would not believe the amount of younger makers who are using AI (Chat GPT) to formulate their recipes. AI has never physically made a batch of soap, can you really trust AI to formulate a recipe for soap (or any other skincare product) to be safe to use? I don't. In addition, many makers are using AI to create photos used in marketing that "pump up" their product, making it look so much better than it really is. And I haven't even mentioned the damage it will be doing to our precious resources. Bah! Don't get me started. Thanks for bringing this to your follower's attention. It really is a serious subject.

When I click on a video and see it is AI generated (which is easy to recognize) I give a thumbs down and click off. I refuse to watch fake videos.
Trying to create a perfect video may be over, all our mistakes and imperfections are going to have to be included. The deception of this age is the result of the culmination of lies told to us over the years, and adding to that the AI factor. You look beautiful today Kaye. I hope your time away was refreshing.

Hello Kaye from Redding, CA! Today, it is very dark here, heavy overcast… Real or not and raining. I just sat down to respond to your video. I looked up to the sky and see this Majestic Raven sitting at the top of a redwood tree. Anyway, I saw the Vikings video the other day And it was interesting to hear how somebody could copy a video creators content and change it just enough and make it look like their own channel. That tells me a lot about that person. I am starting to recognize the signs of AI videos more and more. I refer to those people as thieves, and they are plagiarizing somebody else’s hard work. I do believe that we are in judgment days, and I do believe that God is judging and he will see to it that justice prevails. I can’t remember when I first came across your channel and there is a difference in our age. I will be 64 this July and I was forced into early retirement when Covid started. My greatest passion in my free time has always been gardening and I have been doing this for the past 30 years. One of the things I admire about you, well there are a few things… First of all you’re just beautiful and classy and casual and so sweet and when you talk, there is a southern charm about you. I love the knowledge that you share with your viewers. You don’t just share knowledge, but you share life experiences, and you share precious memories. I lost my very best friend in the whole world in 2018. She was so classy, funny, and so feisty and a native of California. We shared a passion for gardening and margaritas And became best friends for nearly 20 years. She was 83 when she passed. I lost both sets of parents by the time 2020 rolled around. I have an amazing husband, and I am so grateful that he allows me to keep adding countless plants And vegetables each year. I will always continue to watch your videos because of your sweet nature and your character and for your content that grabs not just my attention but so many. I do learn from them. You are so talented. I hope you continue doing what you love to do. God bless you and pay no mind to those thieves. Keep smiling and carry on, and I will certainly do my best to use discernment!

At this point the AI channels can not do lives. I have noticed bot comments being posted on some of the biggest channels. Those comments are like books.
Yesterday I called a Lowes and A I answered and rambled on . I kept asking to speak to a real person! Over and over I had to ask for a real person. Finally after a great ordeal I was connected to a store rep. Then in the middle of the conversation….AI took over the call again. The most frustrating call.
Sometimes when I'm in a rush I use AI for a specific answer I need quickly. But to my mind there's no substitute for a content creator, like yourself, that you like and relate to their lives and pursuits. Just the other day you shared several so-called failures in starting plants for the spring. I really appreciate how you were specific on what mistakes you made and what you would do differently. For example you liked the plastic containers with handles better than reused milk jugs with duct tape. That saved me a lot of potentially wasted time and effort! Because I have tried many "inexpensive" tricks like that and was later sorry.
I intend to keep watching your channel as long as you put it out there. (I personally never care about the sound or the lighting.) 😘
This is now and will continue to effect actors and voice over actors. Yes, Kaye, we as actors are being replaced.. Good post!
I just watched this and literally was trying to find more helpful real life videos like yours, and the suggestions were mostly "fake" ai filled videos. I wish i could just ask for videos that are no ai and real and get those a my suggestions

I did select the "All" notification because I am trying to set a list of what I want to see and you are definitely apart of that. Y-T has made subscribe useless along with thumb-up. A British channel was hyjacked with an American voice ..he went off on them.
AI content is creepy and I can always tell because there is no real person(s) discussing the information. It's also irritating to watch because there is no flow and they use AI images mixed in with real people. What a scam.
We need some kid 😅 to create some software that hunts down ai on all the platforms and somehow destroy or hide them permanently.

I don’t come to you for fancy recording stuff. I come to see what you’re doing and sharing in the garden and your life. No need to get high tech on your channel. Blessings to you!
Theives. Content pirates. Slicing, dicing, and cloning. Then fabricating or using multiple sites to glean some information for the content of the new video. Worrisome as historical fiction based stories are now abounding too. Gems of truth blended with nonsense and you also will see six variations on the same theme. So much going on. Do use discernment and know things are not as they seem at times. Lies abound. A.I. Chatbots sometimes also want to please the user so are effusive and tend to make things up as they go too. Really. Some is good. Some is useful. But be wary. P.S. Garden is grasshopper free today – skunk. Glad. P.P.S. – Ryan Hall weather caster has now gone to a food bite code announced fairly briefly before his YouTube streams (announced on other social media as he has had pirate cloning happen).
I stopped watching "shorts" and also realized the same songs same voices etc. I like long video's and will not watch AI narrated ones either. I won't use the self checkout at grocery stores either. (replacing workers) I will not tip on those pads at restaurants either. I tip in cash. Restaurants are being exposed for the tip fraud that has been going on lately. I call those people thieves Kaye. If they steal content they are a thief. If they are stealing extra tip money they are a thief. One more thing…I also HATE when people use a filter to make them look younger or prettier or smoother skin. Fake crap.
