This is my gerrardanthus macrorhizus- I believe i must have over watered it. What should I do to salvage it? It's a little squishy on the bottom and looks like it has some fungal growth 🙁
Mine was over watered and squishy. I did away with the squishy part (it came off at touch) and it healed itself and now the remaining caudex is giving new leafs. Hope this helps. I avoided watering until it healed and now reduced watering times.

With most kinds of succulents in this situation you need to cut off all rotted/brown/squishy parts, and put in dry substrate, not in the full bright light.

that phal back there may be cooked… i sure hope u didnt put soil in that kokedama
