This guy is extremely leggy – clearly was not receiving enough light in its former home. If it were me, I would chop it back to the place where the internodal spacing really starts to spread out, propagate the parts you cut off, and let it grow up again with tighter spacing. Otherwise it’ll continue ot have this very strange shape.

I would use a moss pole and propagate part of it so it isn’t as leggy
