Not sure what I'm doing wrong, my lettuce got to this stage quickly but has stalled here for a few weeks. I don't known if this too little water, too much light, or not enough nutrients? I've been bottom feeding the water and the puck thing is pretty wet so it seems like it isn't that. my phone app reads 550-700 PPFD for lighting, I usually have it on for about 16 hours a day. Any advise is appreciated.

Where did you get the pucks? I once ordered some off Amazon but it was so dense that roots weren’t able to grow out of the pucks. Maybe try loosening it a bit.

What’s the temp of your water? Often if it’s too warm you will have trouble growing. How often do you change the water ?

it seems like it need complete automated hydroponics systems to grow

After a few weeks in a hydroponic setup lettuce should pretty much be full grown, I’d suspect a combination of things (looks like some chlorosis, possible nitrogen deficiency). I’d check the pH of the system, humidity too to start.
