I own a couple of cacti and one of them started having little white hairy spots and discolourations.
I'm worried that he's sick (as some of my former cacti died all of a sudden, after they also had weird discolourations) and honestly that these little hairy spots contain spiders lol.
I water him once every two weeks, he stands close to the window, it's not cold and I also use special cacti fertiliser which I mix with the water.
Could anyone help?

You have mealy bugs, take a cotton swap and dunk it into cleaning alcohol, then touch the white spots with the swap, this will kill the bugs. You will have to repeat this as long as you see those white spots appear.
