Grass Identification (Virginia 7B)

Family got house in 2023. This year, I want to try and grow grass. Do you know what grass this is? It looks like there are also patches of different grass in a few spots

Come Fall I want to add TTF for the front (pictured) and a shade grass in the back and side (not pictured and basically weeds).

Another question: If the the grass is not TTF, will I be able to overseed with TTF until it takes over the other grass?
