  1. Worms πŸͺ± and bugs πŸ›πŸœπŸžπŸ•·οΈ in general DO freak me out but I'm definitely going to just suck it up because I need my veggies to be healthy.

  2. For manure, like black cow, be sure the cows have not fed on grass that's been treated with herbicide. There's a particular one but I forget the name. Black cow got contaminated once. If your plants sprout and do great, then after a foot or so high stop growing and kinda get yellowed, it could be contaminated manure. And it takes forever to get it out of the soil.

  3. Cardboard will be prone to Mold, the depots cannot break through the cardboard. Not sure you actually pulled this off

  4. πŸ’― spot on Realtalk Detail info! Why did I not set ra U se beds on bricks to prevent bending over? Did U put holds n bottom of the beds for water drainage? What does the worms n the beds do?

  5. I really hate neighbors that complain about leaves or branches dropping off a tree onto their property like the owner should take up or pick up twigs and branches or leaves that land there rediculas.

  6. After gardening for over 15 years I think a one foot garden bed is really not deep enough to grow some vegetables, especially given you put small branches. Next time you might want to consider a two foot deep garden bed. This advice is from many years of gardening.

  7. These are great starter beds. Good job. Be mindful of what you plant for the first 2-3 seasons or so, until the bottom layers break down. Cheers πŸ₯• πŸ…

  8. Fyi the yellow bags of garden soil come from human. I learned that when i worked at a nursery.

  9. It will sink down. Cardboard only on bottom, then sticks, you need 12" at the very least and roots to get through ALL that card???
