Paler leaves over time. Zero pests. What could be wrong?
The white stuff along the veins seem like deposits of some kind. Spots are probably for sun protection. But the color? I don't know. Could it be the water I'm using? It's just tap water and I haven't tested it yet for hardness.

I’m willing to bet money that plant has spider mites
Maybe it’s powdery mildew and needs to be treated for that. Also, when last was it fertilized?
