Sorry for the AGGRESSIVE sunshine, this bush smells sweet and soft, its not the kind of sweet that gets sickly sweet after a minute. The flowers are small and white in what looks like clusters. Any help greatly appreciated!!

I can’t tell specifics from this photo, but would guess on of the viburnums.
