MONROE, La. (KNOE) – The Monroe Police Department arrested a teenager accused of shooting and injuring one person at 4781 Pecanland Mall Drive (Olive Garden).
MPD arrested Kaleb Duncan, 18, on charges of aggravated battery and illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities.

According to MPD, the shooting happened on March 30 shortly before midnight.
MPD said the victim’s wounds were not life-threatening.
