I was just at Trader Joe’s. I see small yellow spots on the lower leaves of this Philodendron Hope or Selloum (often considered the same or very similar) usually indicate overwatering, pests, or fungal issues. (1) Which plant? (2) Looks water logged but the newest leaf is healthy no spots. Any thoughts on a diagnosis?

Along with that Philo in my OP which is had sprayed with peroxide and in quarantine—Pothos Manjula (wishlist plant) and Crassula pellucida f. variegata (Calico Kitten). I have downsized succulents and semi-succulents due to my preference for tropical conditions but she wouldn’t let me leave her there.😜
