Here’s a quick update on 3 vegetables you can still plant before March wraps up:
1️⃣ Beets (Red Ace, Johnny’s Seeds) – Sown in trenches 5 inches apart, with 1–2 seeds every inch. These are single pelletized seeds for easier planting.
2️⃣ Rainbow Chard – I only need a few plants, spaced about 6 inches apart, perfect for a small spring harvest.
3️⃣ Chives – Plant in clusters of 6–10 seeds in your perennial herb bed next to oregano. Great for a kitchen garden!
