What if your home felt like a private resort, designed not just for luxury, but for the way your family truly lives? In this episode, we step inside a multi-level luxury family home in Malaysia where resort-style living meets deeply personal design. Built around connection, comfort, and lifestyle, this home goes beyond aesthetics to create a space where every detail reflects the passions of the family who lives here.

From the moment you enter, a dramatic double-volume foyer and sculptural lighting set the tone for a home defined by bold elegance and thoughtful spatial planning. At the heart of the home, a sunken living area is carefully designed to frame views in every direction from the pool at eye level to a serene Japanese-inspired garden. This sense of openness continues into the dining and dry kitchen, where natural light filters through a bamboo landscape, casting ever-changing shadows that transform the space throughout the day.

Designed like a private resort, the home features a fully equipped pool with jacuzzi and water jet functions, alongside a semi-outdoor basketball court built to professional standards. Hidden within the home are intimate spaces like a private lounge and entertainment wing, offering moments of retreat while maintaining a strong sense of connection across the house. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed as a personal sanctuary, complete with its own unique features, blending comfort with individuality.

  1. it is so beautiful! love all your designs that always includes the nature and owner's hobby. one day i will definitely give your company a go to quote for my future home

  2. It feels like the designers and owner were trying too hard while collaborating and consequently, resulting in a house with no coherent themes or use of materials. It is a mess and a missed opportunity to build something that could have been spectacular.

  3. A beautiful home. It's a mansion and that family has money. Look at those two cars parked on the parking pad. 💯💯💯

  4. While I loathe the color scheme (too much white everywhere) and the central light that looks like flying underwear (but that's the owners' choice and I respect that) the design is absolutely great. The son's room is absolutely my favorite, but the house is very well planned on every aspect.

  5. Can architects please stop designing fugly blocky facades? They're skilled enough to design beautiful interiors but still so stuck in 2000 when it comes to facade.

  6. While this mansion is built with quality and luxury, it feels more like it was built for a magazine than for it to be a home. Maybe it’s just too big which gives it a hotel lobby appearance. Still, if this is what the clients are looking for, it was well executed. I just feel like the exterior looks boring, and the interior looks too spacious and not cosy at all.

  7. Every room in this McMansion looks like a different home, designed by a different Designer, from a different country, with different materials….

  8. A beautiful, luxurious and expensive home. For ordinary people like me, it's too luxurious to feel more like a hotel than a real home. It's "empty". I personally do not like bathtub, it's hazardous. Lastly, to have conditions to stay in the house is likely a no for me.

  9. I'm seriously curious, build this type of huge bungalow in a big land and driving a supercar but didnt consider to make an indoor garage or at least covered car park space??

  10. Spend so much money yet they let their cars sunbathe everyday in the unsheltered car porch?

  11. I doubt this house is suitable for living in. Personally, I wouldn't choose to live in a house like this. There are too many inconveniences.
