What type of plant could this be? It looks like a succulent but I live in Quebec, Canada (Mtl area) currently 0-10°C

   Hens and chicks succulent, it’s cold hardy 🙂

   *Sempervivum*.

   They’re hardy, despite being native to Macaronesia; the island groups off Iberia and West Africa (Azores; Madiera; Canaries & Cape Verde).

   Easily propagated, just pot up the individual rosettes, with some stem attached. Likes free draining soil.
