Residue in my system

I have a random question. I am fairly new at hydroponics and purchased this system. that's working great. it looks like when I'm testing the water that there's some brown sentiment in the tubes. I flushed out the main reservoir a few times. it doesn't seem to be leaving. I was curious if that's an issue and eventually how you clean that out? thanks!!
