Behold! The danger cabbage!
I'm a bit worried because he's pissed about growing this flower and he doesn't seem to have any new pitchers. Also I didn't know you weren't meant to water as much in winter so I watered the normal amount more or less the whole time except when I went home for Christmas when I filled him up then abandoned to his own devices so he was dryer by the time I got back.
He's definitely slightly mouldy on some of the pitchers that happened at the end of last summer and never got either better or worse.
Unrelated issues: possibly has greenfly (shed skins but not spied any bugs) did get eaten by some kind of chompy bug towards the end of last year but it updated and buggered off.
Distilled or rain water only, still in the pot he came in, indoors usually because he has rent to pay so a job to do (on a windowsill where the cactii have sunburn so fear not, there's enough light)

It is just waking up. Get that thing in some water, standing water, bog water!
The flowers come out first, new pitchers are there too, they are just little stubby bits though.
I’d strongly recommend a repot
