I've had this plant for about 3 years now and it's done fairly well. I noticed it held on to its new growth leaves for quite a long time and I thought this plant looked fairly dense about a week ago.
Now, it looks weirdly droopy, even though it has been watered. It dried out in its terrarium before its usual weekly watering. for the last 2 years it has been on a darker shelf with a table slightly obscuring its light source. The tall leggy bits are the growth responding to that environment and are new by a few months.
All of the drooping yellowing leaves are about 2-3 years old and so I'm not sure if this species usually hangs on to them for that long or if it's giving them up to focus on the tallest leaves. I haven't checked roots yet, I'll wait for the soil to become drier since I live in the high desert.
Is my plant getting too heavy? Getting old? Is my soil not enough?

How heavy is the pot she looks verry overwaterd
Wat soil ?
Humidy in your house?
Water every … ?
It looks like it’s not getting enough light, they get leggy like that when they are reaching for more light. I would also recommend not using a ceramic pot unless you’re somewhere very humid and tropical. I’ve found that plastic pots are best for these guys so they don’t dry out too quickly.
My rattlesnake is the easiest plant I own. It gets so big that I’ve had to split it in half several times over the years, but I don’t know the exact reason why it’s doing so well. Maybe you can compare its growing conditions to your own.
Soil: mix of coco peat (40%), perlite(20%), pine bark (20%), worm castings (10%), horticultural charcoal (5%), and vermiculite (5%), repotted every year. This is a very dry and airy mix that I also use with my alocasias, but my other calatheas get crispy ends with it. For some reason, my rattlesnake has never been crispy.
Pot: Plastic pot, kept snug. Maybe 25% bigger than the rootball?
Water: Drowned once a week until it flows out the bottom.
Fertilizer: Hyponex 6-10-5 once every two weeks in spring and summer, 1ml per 1000ml
Light: It’s in my living room which has a big south-facing window (I live in an apartment), but it’s about six feet away, so bright indirect light.
Humidity: I keep my home around 50%-70% with a humidifier.
Hopefully this can shed some insight!
