
I know it's recommended to use clear colorless glass recipients so the plants and algae can properly perform photosynthesis, but I found these jars in a store near where I live and I would like to know if they could make good ecospheres despite their slightly blueish coloration. Please, consider both terrestrial and aquatical ecospheres on the replies.
Just so you know: I live in a tropical region and my terrariums are kept in a place where they receive just a bit of direct sunlight in the morning and undirect sunlight for the rest of the day.
