The past three years I have a had good success with pots in the Utah heat by using a mix of asparagus ferns and Purple Heart. I overwinter cuttings of Purple Heart in water so it's always free and just buy the asparagus. Yesterday at the nursery I found the Meyerii instead of the Springerii. I am so excited for the fox tails ! Like you I am planting pots early.

After having two sons and grandsons, i now have 3 great-granddaughters and one to arrive in June! I'm 76, still work full time and feel so blessed to have these precious great-grands. And, my partner has 5…so we will have a total of 9 come June.

I can't thank you enough for telling us about the Functional Health blood test. I bought a membership and had a blood test done and it revealed some problems but more importantly it explained solutions. I've had annual blood draws done at the time of my physicals and even if a measurement was just outside the normal range, I've been told it's ok. About a dozen years ago, my torture ended when I went to a sound healer.
It has never returned after that one treatment.
I'll bet you can find a practitioner in your area. Sound healing has become more prevalent. It's my favorite and effective way to heal.
