Isolated yellowing leaves are usually just that leaf dying off, natural “shedding”. If all of them are yellowing, it could be either root rot from over watering, or not enough nutrients in the soil (need fertilizer). Check the soil with your finger to see if the top layer is dry, about an inch or two. If so, it needs water. I. Could be wrong but even from this picture that soil looks visibly dry for a Monstera. I would also give it more light, and something to climb on. Popular choice is a moss pole but I’m just using a couple bamboo sticks jammed into the pot. These plants climb naturally in the wild and grow aerial roots

It needs a deep watering, like submerge the whole pot just below the rim of the pot in water, and let it soak for an hour. Editing to add maybe feed fertilizer too and this plant should be watered deeply once a month, maybe 2x if it’s hot where you are. None of this one glass of water a week nonsense.

Hi have you reported recently? The pot is very big for the plant. The potting medium could be improved by adding organic material, a chunky aroid mix. This will help the roots to absorb more moisture and nutrients.
