It was hard to film this 'cause my camera isn't that hq, but I keep seeing this (the brown one) a few times. I was thinking it might be a larvae from maybe a mosquitoe or another. And the white ones scattered around, I think, might be the detritus worms. But I'm not yet sure.

This is a blood worm, which is a midge fly larva. You probably seen them at a petstore frozen in cubes sold as fishfood.
They are a good sign, not predators, but will eventually hatch into a fly.
