not sure, something in the soil or water possibly. we need to know what you are currently doing. for starters your plants need more light, they lack dew on the tentacles. a lack of dew is usually from insufficient light.

It’s when air humidity suddenly drops when they are used to higher levels. Mine did this too, but when I left the lid on, and didn’t air out the container, they stopped getting these dry tips.

This is light related. They are deprived of light. Underdeveloped/burnt-looking tips happen when light is too low.
