This is a Monstera adansonii. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and have had no issue, but I found this new growth is brown before it even unfolds. I have checked the roots for rot and I don’t see any obvious rot and don’t smell anything other than soil. I removed as much soil as I could and sprayed the roots and soil separately with hydrogen peroxide as google adviced. Will it be fixed or does it look like it could be something else? It’s the only leaf that’s showing this issue. The soil was damp when I checked the soil bug not wet.

I’ve changed it from location a couple times so light has been variable, but it spends most time near a window, though it’s mostly rainy and cloudy where i live so it doesn’t get direct sunlight often

Get a grow light, if you unpot & rinse the roots I’d bet there’d be rot.
