i removed it from soil to check for root rot (thankfully there’s none) so it’s in the water right now, maybe it’s because of too much sunlight?? i hope it can recover please help!!

I would assume it’s thirsty or it wants higher humidity. If you’re not repotting it yet, try putting the bow in a ziplock bag to create a super humid environment. You’ll need to acclimate it back to room humidity afterwards

What was the soil that you pulled it out of like?
Mine did this due to lack of humidity and now it does this when it’s thirsty. Peace lillies are the most dramatic but caltheas are easily second place. 😆
