Any first hand experiences? I imagine that the stuff at the bottom will just become anaerobic. You can't really turn it without dumping the whole lot out.

Yes. But i use two, dont turn. I just let it sit. I dump the entire bin out and manually throw back parts that have not decomposed

  2. Just be sure to have a good mix of greens and browns. You can mix it by getting a compost auger.

Si, tengo una. Solo es difícil el volteo directo desde el contenedor. Hay que sacar todo para voltear

  4. I still use my old one as a overflow bin, to mix I just pick the whole thing up and move it over, rake the pile onto a tarp and put it all back in. The soil underneath it loves it, so I use it on the ends of some garden rows that Im expanding.

I don’t like them because they are too small and hard to mix. For very small lots they can work but you would need at least two, one for fresh material and one for compost harvesting

They work as long as the right ratio of material is added and you give it a bit of attention.
