Hey y'all, purchased our first home 1.5 yrs ago. Tree looks horrific but she keeps on trying. I removed a plastic weed barrier today after learning they suffocate the tree, however, what should I do next? It blossomed fully and has lots of new growth despite its state. Is this salvageable?
