Sicamous springs into planting season at Community Garden

Sicamous residents can dig into spring with registration now open for the Community Garden.

Located in Lions Park, the garden is for everyone, from seasoned gardeners to those just sprouting, to enjoy the experience of cultivating plants.

Plots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and gardeners must agree to regularly tend and maintain their space to keep it in a weed-free condition. There are 18 plots available and will be limited to one per person until April 10, after which they’ll be offered to those interested in taking on another space.

Water will be set up at the garden on the May long weekend, but register now at info@sicamous.ca to be ready to spring into action at that time.
