  1. Good start kim I just got melon seeds and have you ever grown luffa from seed and one more thing im getting my apple gourds seeds

  2. Lovely video. Started seeds with tray and light 2/20–mixed results, then 3/10, great results (Bay Area). I would love to plant more with direct seeding. We have basil, marigolds, tomatoes, lettuce, kale and chard ready for transplanting.

  3. Scarlet runner beans are fantastic, they have lovely easy to relocate fat rhizomes and the pods are bang for your buck ❤❤❤🫘🫘🫘

  4. Great video you too 🤗 so this year I tried something a little different. I literally took a organic red pepper from the grocery store and used the seeds. I damped a paper towel and got my seeds into it. Folded the towel put it in a zip bag and put the bag on a heat mat. In a couple days I had seeds that we're producing 🤗 so I took an cardboard egg carton added some soil and put the seeds in that then I misted them with a little water and then covered them. Now today I looked and there just about all sprouted. So happy 😊 😊

  5. Not to late? 🤩 fantastic.
Could you explain about sunflowers inhibiting other plants from growing?
For the season or how long. Thanks a bunch.
    Thank you both. Great video.

  6. Great tips Kim! So far 3 kale varieties are sprouting and turnips are sprouting. I'm patiently waiting for the beets, kohlrabi, bunching onions and carrots to start sprouting.

  7. Hi CaliKim and Camera Guy❤ Thanks for the motivation to get those empty spaces filled!! I have lots of your heat tolerant greens seeds and I need to get those in! Also your herb collection! I have a question. Last year I planted Italian Parsley from your herb collection and it has been growing for almost a year now. Does parsley bolt or can I keep using it since it keeps growing. It doesn’t look like it’s bolting but I can’t really tell. I guess it’s probably time for the taste test! To see if I like its flavor😂 Thank you for your wonderful videos 🤗💚

  8. Arrrrrrr I'm barely getting my indoor pepper tomatoes seed trays going. Direct planted Blue Lake Vine beans with my fancy new trellises I made (sanded & painted even!). The Runner beans shall be direct sown this weekend!
