So I got these 2 about a month ago now and they were originally in a almost pure cocopeat mix in the nursery and very over watered no edema or rot just super firm leaves and the color was like in the image of the yellow black leaves.
When I potted them in dry high grit soil mix their roots were okish condition and I havent watered them for a month since the leaves were always firm but they are still loosing leaves which turn yellow then black and dry up as shown in image above I dont smell any rot nor are the yellow and black leaves mushy and I have no idea whats going on.

Also they did get very mild sun burnt recently but I moved them to a better spot.
Rotting 1000% I bet, sometimes the rot from the nursery is there regardless of what you do :/ off with her head
Still recovering from overwatering at the shop imo. I’ve seen it happen a lot. It can take a couple months. Acclimatize them to as much light as possible, and don’t water until there’s clear signs of thirst.
Pop and prop
I think the plant got accustomed to its previous conditions. Now it’s in starvation mode and cannibalizing its own leaves. It’s in shock but should work itself out. I could be wrong.
