Some leaves worry me about spider mites, some make me think it’s just residue, and one picture I’m hoping is just from too much light exposure or similar injury (the last picture). Any and all advice is welcome, just want to give this guy a good home without destroying my other plants. The white stuff does seem to scrape off easily.

Those darker spots on the leaves looks like edema to me from inconsistent watering or some other moisture issue, which suggests that the white stuff is powdery mildew. I would isolate this plant from the others bc it can spread and treat it with a fungicide.
