Have just moved the pot and tree to be in a better position with light.
Realised I’d left the original stake and ties on it which has probably impeded growth. Those are now removed.
2-3 years old.
I am assuming some nutrients and add a good top layer of soil.
Any other recommendations? Will that solve the sick look of the leaves?

It should still do fine though id remove all those leaves which are suffering from leaf miner (curled up) then apply an oil pesticide to prevent their return as with any potential scale.
