I would say yes! Although good luck with dieffenbachia… they are fickle.

Just leave it in water till you get secondary roots and then it’s ready for soil

Yes you can def put into soil!! Just make sure you keep it a bit more moist for the first month or so. Dieffenbachia is such an easy going plant and I actively try to not care for it/have it die. I wish you the best of luck!

I would say yes. Be careful putting in soil. Put some soil in the pot. Make a hole in the soil with your finger or a bamboo cane. Gently leave it into the hole and put some more soil on top. Press down very gently , then water it. Keep it moist for a while.

I would wait until it has way more roots. Right now thats a very simple root system, that may not be able to drink enough nutrients to support the plant. Better to wait until you have a more complex root system

The roots don’t have roots yet.
I did a container of leca in mine until it was full of roots and it exploded when I put it in dirt.
It has been upgraded to a floor plant it’s so big.
