My Monstera needs a check up, it’s getting some discoloration and some dead leaves, it used to be next to a frosted glass window(first picture), which was giving it direct light for majority of the day and worried it might be getting too much light and moved it away ( remaining pictures ((9days later)). Also, any other tips to get it back to full health? I would water about once a week or just when I decide to reach past my computer and feel how dry the soil feels.
