Ive been told they are teacup roses. Normally I would trim them pretty low but that was before I got something for them to grow onto. Where should I cut if at all? 2nd photo is from last year. This is outdoor but it is on the west side of my house for light. I dont water it as much because of the rain but they come back every summer. Sometimes I use Epsom salt because I heard its good but idk how often to use it so I rarely do. Thank you for any you advice you have!
