aiming to DIY the garden. it's sloped so trying to make it split level. patio on surface steps up to grass area.
we need hardcore or stones underneath both areas for drainage from what we've read.

I wouldn’t be paying for fancy designer stone if it’s going to be a base layer. This stuff is for top dressing.
