I don’t know anything about chickens, but in the past I have dmhave ducks “lose their a little to walk” and it has been a result of being egg bound. The two times ai’ve delt with it, a long (I mean long) soak in warm water with epsom salt. The more recent one took about a day and a half to nurse back to normal behavior.
