From what I’ve read fish fertilizer, diluted to 1/4 strength of a normal mix is good for seedlings. My seedlings seem to be doing well with the fish fertilizer.

What type of soil mix did you plant them in? I typically hold off on any additional fertilizer in this stage due to the potting mix having plenty (for my preference) for now.
When it comes time to plant into buckets or the ground, I’ll add granulated NPK in with the new soil and plant. Then usually monitor for any liquid boost during the season.

Standard advice is to use every 2 weeks at 1/2 strength for the first application and full strength thereafter. I would recommend not using if your potting mix contains fertilizer, though; Miracle-Gro soils usually do.

As directed on the fertilizer. Typically they say 1tbsp per gallon of water every other watering for seedlings.

You need more light before you even worry about fertilizer

The veggie stuff works better. Be careful with the seedlings. That is ok if that’s all you can get. The better stuff from MG is the stuff for veggies. Same name different color bag. That stuff will burn those babies be careful. I’d hold off till they get new soil. Then every two weeks is good. Don’t let their roots sit in fertilizer especially when young.
