General rule of thumb is one seed per cell. Cucumbers do not typically do well transplanted as they dont like their roots disturbed. I’ve had some success doing it but more often than not the seedlings fail. You can try and gently pull seedling out of the cells and replant them in other cells, but that’s also a crap shoot if they’ll live or not. It’s best to just skip the extras off ounce they start getting their true leaves.
