I don’t think the pond is big enough. Also, get some geese for it! They’ll chase away the neighbors, which will give you more space for an adequate sized pond. Is that tunnel big enough for a car to drive in? Or is it just a walking path tunnel? If its not big enough for a car, you’ll need the goose army to clear a space to park your vehicles.
