I love nasturtiums but I struggle to grow them. First of all, I can never get the seeds to sprout. I know I’m supposed to Nick them but even when I do they still don’t sprout. And then I can’t keep them alive in pots. I don’t know why.

Their leaves are delicious! A very mild, kind of like a radish. But not🤔 flowers are edible too!

I have seen people struggle with growing them and I feel guilty cause I am growing them for the first time this year with no issue. I had no idea what I was doing. I just read the package. I just put them in seed starter and watered daily in my greenhouse. Shoot I would love to share some seedlings if anyone was local and struggling.
wahhnders
I love nasturtiums and have been growing them for about 15 years now. Sometimes they have an off year. Keep trying if they don’t produce for you. I find mine don’t like being over watered, and they seem to benefit from dead heading – but that’s hard to keep up with when they really start blooming!
