    I reckon those carrots and onions will be fine, I've accidentally let mine dry in the past and they do come through (as long as it's not been to long). The pepper look great maybe a little dry as well??

    I've been experimenting with winter sowing this year…. well I started the seeds early febuary really, but I put toms in a pot and put the pot in a zip lock bag (put fleece over them too). They are sitting in my plastic green house and have recently started to popup. I've never had toms outside this early even in a plastic greenhouse, but others on youtube have had it work from early winter (outside of greenhouse). Hopefully it works out and it maybe something I do more next year, it'll sure save on space if I can

    Thank you for the update on the seeds. It sure was an interesting experiment. I'm growing spring onions for the first time & can't help but check them every day. There's still no sign yet. Fingers crossed for some signs soon 👍
