So I have a Japanese ficus and just noticed these little white insects, who are they and how do I remove them from the plant, sorry they are small and hard to see but all the white dots are the insects

    Probably springtails? They’re a sign of healthy soil – they feed on the bad stuff like fungus and mold.

  2. Prob won’t harm the tree but could be a sign that it’s staying too wet
