They desperately need supplemental light. With LEDs, refer to the instructions. With fluorescents, the bulbs should be *3 inches* or less away.

They’re all going to topple over and die soon if you don’t give them more light intensity.
They’re supposed to be using what little energy they can grab right now on growing roots, stems (both wider AND longer), and new leaves, but instead, they are sacrificing every cell they can muster to go up up up in search of light.

it’s not too late. i would carefully repot them deep to grow more roots and fatter stem.
also, they love not sharing a pot. once they are less fragile you can introduce soft wind from a small fan to strengthen further. growing is fun. good luck. ☺️
