I bought this little set of lithops from a specialist nursery a month ago – I also have a handful of random unlabelled lithops from general nurseries that have chugged along nicely mostly due to my neglect, but aside from not watering when splitting I don't know too much about their care. Got to admit I mostly bought these as the seller was charmingly passionate about them and wasn't getting much trade since they were at a plant show focused on alpines, but I feel bad I've killed the one in the middle already (apparently was Lithops salicola, RIP).
Sadly I don't have a before pic, but I picked a set where none were obviously splitting in the hopes I wouldn't end up with them at different stages, but since then several have started to split but looking unhappy about it, and the one in the middle rotted almost instantly. I thought this might be due to a drop in light levels; they are in a southwest aspect window but were probably under grow lights before. I have not watered since I bought them.
What should I do for the survivors? Leave them alone to finish splitting? Divide them up? Do any of them need watering?

They all really need their own individual pot.
As pretty as all of those colors look together, each one has its own needs at different times. Like collage roommates, it looks like they need to break up and find their own apartments.
