This is my third egg bound chicken in the last few months, and I already lost the other two. I’m using the same feed others that I know are using. What am I doing wrong?

It doesn’t matter what other people are using, your specific chickens need more calcium or you’ll keep losing them. At this point I’d just get a big bag of oystershell and free feed it to them.
In addition to adding calcium, I would treat them for parasites because if they have worms or cocci or something that could be affecting absorption.

I’m guessing tumour, not eggbound.

Poor chicky! How old are your chickens?
